PSB Helsinki is an association of three lawyers - Mika Pöpken, Kai André Santjer and Florian Bischoff. PSB are business oriented lawyers and advise clients both in commercial and private matters.

PSB provides their clients solutions concerning the cross-border sales of goods, machines, real-estates and constructions. A strong focus are the legal issues of sales agents and distributors. PSB also helps their clients to collect and enforce their claims and receivables in Finland and Germany. PSB assists also in matters of inheritance law.

Another practice area is intellectual property law with focus on European an national rights (trademarks, designs, works and ancillary copy rights), with respective licence agreements, rights enforcement and defence.

PSB advise in Finnish, German and international law. They are admitted to the Finnish and German Bar Associations and appear both in the Courts of Finland and Germany.
